Our staff pride ourselves on customer service and aim for 100% customer satisfaction on every purchase... Though we do know that from time to time things happen.

POSTAGE

We don’t offer refunds on the postage cost.
Mini Boss will send the item to the address listed when placing an order. Please check the address is correct as we won’t be able to resend an order for an incorrect address.


ONLINE RETURNS.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We offer exchange, refund or store credit for the amount of your purchase. Email us at minibosskids@outlook.com for return details.

PLEASE NOTE items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. An exchange, refund or store credit will not be issued if the product has been used or is not in its original condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of return postage 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your items are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can issue you with a refund, store credit or swap the product over.

 AFTERPAY/PAYPAL

We have an Afterpay and PayPal options. These platforms set the terms, conditions and spend limit for this payment method should you chose to use it. Our regular Online returns policies still apply.
